Monthly cash donations are not the only way to make a difference. The following methods of contribution are just as vital to the long term success of our fraternity

The recent bequests left to Chi Phi by Mother Brooks and Charlie Davis proved critical to the survival of the chapter over the past 5 years. Please consider including Chi Phi in your long term estate planning.

Mother Brooks gave 39 years of her love to the Omega Chapter, serving as live-in House Mother from 1962-1994. She passed into the Chapter Eternal on December 27, 2001, after a brief illness. Unknown to most at that time, Mother Brooks had arranged for one last gift for Chi Phi. In her will, she directed that the majority of her estate be divided equally between her two loves: her church and her fraternity. The result was a $100,000 windfall for Omega Trust at a time when it was most needed. Subsequent to that, the discovery of an unclaimed inheritance netted Omega Trust another $20,000, again providing a financial shot-in-the-arm for some much-needed repairs. |

Steve Tolleson's scholarship endowment has already provided $2,500 in scholarships to Omega Actives since it's inception in 2001. Managed by the Chi Phi National Education Trust, it will continue to grow and provide scholarships for many years to come. Please contact OTA or National if you are interested in creating a scholarship endowment with great tax benefits.

In addition to being a regular contributor to OTA and a major contributor to the 1995 renovation, Steve created the Tolleson Endowment Fund in 2001. This fund, managed through the Chi Phi Educational Trust, awards scholarships to worthy Omega brothers to help them with their college expenses. Steve continues to stay active with the fraternity and is playing a key role in the current fundraising campaign.
Past recipients of the scholarship include: Dustin Bergman in 2005, Brett Fletcher in 2006, and Michael Lorenzana & Kirk Reidling in 2007 |

| Follow the lead of Frank and Jim Shaheen. They have donated carpet and installation from their warehouse many times for Chi Phi and continued the tradition this year in preparation for rush. Hard goods, soft goods, or services donated from you or your business are greatly appreciated. The Chapter is always in need of tools, lawn equipment, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, computer equipment, printers, and building materials. Please contact OTA or the Active chapter if you are interested in this type of giving. |
 |
| Naming Chi Phi as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy is a great way to ensure the success of Chi Phi for generations to come. Contact OTA for additional information if you are interested in this method of giving. |
 |
| Cash is not the only method of giving. Stocks, Bonds, or other Securities can be transferred to Chi Phi. In some cases, this may be beneficial for you from a tax perspective. Contact OTA if you are interested in this method of giving. |
